Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can choose to return the products you ordered within a period of up to 14 days after your purchase.

We will only accept returned items if they are in same exact condition as the original, with all tags attached. 

Please make sure all returns are shipped with a valid tracking number to avoid any problems/losses within the transportation. 

The value of the returned products will be made upon receipt of the same, within a maximum period of up to 7 working days. Transport costs relating to the return or exchange of products are held by the customer.
