Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times

All orders placed are processed by our logistics team within 1-2 business days.

All our orders are sent by Express Mail and the delivery times are as follows:

Portugal: 1-2 business days after shipment
Spain: 2-3 business days after shipment

EU: 3-5 business days after shipment

Rest of the World: 5-10 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimated, and are only considered valid when there is no physical or structural impediment (strikes, missed connections, incorrect addresses or force majeure setbacks, etc.).

 

Shipping Costs

Portugal: Free Shipping

Spain: 5€ (Standard Shipping). We offer free shipping on orders over 100€.

EU (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium): 10€ (Standard Shipping). We offer free shipping on orders over 150€.

EU (All remaining countries): 15€ (Standard Shipping). We offer free shipping on orders over 200€.

Rest of the World: 25€ (Standard Shipping). We offer free shipping on orders over 300€.

 

Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Product

It is important that you check your order as soon as you receive it and before using it so that we can act immediately. Court Satisfaction cannot be held responsible for products received by the customer for a significant period of time.

We are guided by high quality standards in the preparation and shipment of your order to avoid any problems during transport, however it is impossible to guarantee that everything runs smoothly and a problem may occur.

If so, we apologize in advance if you have received a damaged or incorrectly shipped product. Please contact us and send us images of the product or packaging so that we can immediately analyze the situation.

 

Order Cancellation

Court Satisfaction may cancel an order if any of the following situations occur:

- Non-payment by the customer of the order placed
- Product Unavailability
- Wrong price due to manual or computer error
